Bonnie Bernardin Papajohn

I have a true personal passion for embracing fitness and smart nutrition as part of a healthy lifestyle, and I’ve turned that passion into a career helping others successfully do the same. Certified as a personal trainer as well as both a health and nutrition coach, I’m able to combine my experience and expert knowledge to guide my clients in creating and sustaining new habits to significantly improve their lives. For me, it’s unbelievably rewarding.

Embrace the Shift: 12 Weeks Menopause Mastery Program

Enroll in our 12-week Menopause Mastery program, tailored to support you in achieving hormonal balance and overall well-being during menopause. The program features 12 weekly virtual sessions with Certified Health and Nutrition Coach Bonnie Papajohn, personalized recipe guides, and individualized goal setting. Our coach and clients will collaborate on behavior change (lifestyle), develop nutrition protocols, and discover how to integrate movement that fits your lifestyle and abilities. All sessions will be conducted virtually. For additional support, clients can participate in a monthly group Zoom session and join a private Facebook group.

Live Stronger, Longer: A 24 Week Wellness Transformation

Enroll in our individualized 24-week program, Live Longer, Stronger. tailored to assist you in reaching your health and weight goals. This program offers weekly virtual sessions with Certified Health & Nutrition Coach Bonnie Papajohn, personalized recipe guides, and goal setting. Our coach and clients will collaborate on behavior modification (lifestyle), develop nutrition plans, and understand how to include physical activity. Clients will have sessions with the coach for 12 weekly sessions, followed by bi-weekly sessions for the remaining 3 months. All sessions will be conducted virtually. For additional support, clients can participate in a monthly group Zoom session and join a private Facebook group.

Virtual Single Sessions

We use evidence-based, skillful conversation to empower our clients to improve their health by setting goals and guiding them to achieve those goals. This can pertain to diet, stress, sleep, lifestyle, exercise, and more. At Dahlia Health and Nutrition Coaching, we focus on long-lasting and sustainable changes, with our goal being nutrition education and making smarter food choices that are sustainable.
